Return & Exchange Policy

We want all our babes to be in love with what they got from Queenie, but we get it - sometimes an item just doesn’t work out! We ask that returns be made within 10 days, unworn with tags intact. As we are a very small biz, we would hope you could find something else you love at Queenie to exchange, but if you can't we will of course return the item!
