Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love it

We want all our babes to be in love with what they got from Queenie, but we get it - sometimes an item just doesn’t work out! We ask that returns be made within 10 days, unworn with tags intact. As we are a very small biz, we would hope you could find something else you love at Queenie to exchange, but if you can't we will of course return the item!

Online Purchase

If you purchased online or through Instagram, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is received, we will either send you an email containing your merchandise credit code to use on your next purchase or we will credit the original method of payment. Returns can be mailed to: 5014 Xerxes Ave S., Minneapolis, MN 55410 It is so helpful if you can include the packing slip that accompanied your order or include the order number with your return.

We have a variety of different size and color crewnecks to choose from! M - XXL in Navy, Black, Heather Gray, White, Ivory, Red and Light Pink.

Design

Want your favorite number or city? We can make that happen! Pick up to 5 letters or 2 numbers to add to your sweatshirt. Let us know if you would prefer denim numbers/letters or a pattern!

The details

Want to add details to your sweatshirt? We can do a variety of shapes and sizes almost anywhere on your custom! We currently offer hearts, stars and flowers. If you have any special requests please let us know!

Pricing

Each custom starts at $68 which includes the blank and up to 4 letters or 2 numbers. Anything after will be an additional charge.
