We typically ship in one business day. All items ship via UPS or USPS to United States residences only. All orders will be shipped within 3 business days via UPS or USPS. UPS and USPS delivery time is typically 3 business days, as well.

You will receive an order confirmation email containing your  tracking number. If you don’t see a confirmation number after placing your order, please check your junk/spam folder. Once your order has shipped, please use  tracking number provided to monitor the delivery.

We want all our babes to be in love with what they got from Queenie, but we get it - sometimes an item just doesn’t work out. We ask that returns be made within 10 days after the item has been delivered, unworn with tags intact.

If you purchased online or through Instagram, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is received, we will either send you an email containing your credit code to use on your next purchase or we will credit the original method of payment.
