We want all our babes to be in love with what they got from Queenie, but we get it - sometimes an item just doesn’t work out. We ask that returns be made within 10 days after the item has been delivered, unworn with tags intact.
If you purchased online or through Instagram, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to us. Once the item is received, we will either send you an email containing your credit code to use on your next purchase or we will credit the original method of payment.
